A. Please check the "Device Rotation" configurations on your device.

If the "Device Rotation Lock" on your device is enabled,
the camera orientation will not change to landscape even if the device is held sideways.

In this case, please double-click on the device's Home Button and in the Multitask Bar
that appears at the bottom of the screen, swipe to the right.
Then, tap on the "Device Rotation Lock" icon to unlock device rotation.

For a more detailed explanation of how to unlock device rotation, please refer to the manual for your device.
In the case of iPhone, launch Safari, and from the Bookmarks, open the link "iPhone User Guide".
In the page that opens, tap on "Basics" - "Portrait and landscape orientation" to view the manual for changing orientation.

A. Please check to make sure that the same tag does not already exist.

Due to the specifications for Evernote, tags are not case-sensitive
(meaning that Evernote cannot differentiate between a tag named "ABC" and "abc").
Please make sure that you do not already have a separate tag with the same name (with different letters capitalized).

If you've checked and find no other tags with the same name and still cannot create a new tag, please contact Evernote Support.
